Umpire Roster

PDFPrintE-mail

Welcome to the 2014 season!!!

Our Umpires Convenor will allocate umpires for junior teams (10's – 18's) on a weekly basis and will email the Umpiring Roster to umpires every week.  Please contact the Umpires Convenor if you have any questions regarding umpiring allocations.

Modified teams (8 and 9) are encouraged by SSNA to have their coach, or an experienced umpire who may be a parent or sibling, umpire these games. There are special considerations for umpiring these junior teams and you are encouraged to read the modified umpiring section of our website. If you would prefer an external umpire you can contact the Umpires Convenor who will provide you with the contact details of umpires who may be happy to umpire your game (these umpires will need to be paid by the team).

Senior teams can find the "paid for umpiring" list from the newsflash list under the umpiring tab. You will note there are not a lot!! We suggest that you plan ahead, and also check the fixture book to ensure that you don't waste a call to an umpire who is playing at the same time.

If you have trouble engaging an umpire (and it doesn't need to be the same one for the entire season - it's good for you and the umpires to have variety) then please be in touch with an umpires convenor EARLY.
